What is the MITA-1?The MITA-1 is Thryon's take at making a rugged Meshtastic radio.

What makes the MITA-1 stand out?The MITA-1 offers a very specific feature pack. Everything you'd need with no extras to buff up the cost.

So, what does the MITA-1 offer?

no. 1The MITA-1 uses switchable battery packs to keep you up and running.

no. 2You won't have to rely on expensive unrapairable battery packs. The TSBP-1 uses standard 18650 Li-Ion batteries which are both cheap and easily available.

no. 3The MITA-1 is designed with the IP67 durability standard in mind.
The IP67 stands for:
A) Resistant to submersion under water for 30 minutes.
B) Complete dust resistance.
(this has not been tested yet in the real world)

The MITA-1 is still in development, so the design might change in the future.

Pre-orders should be open before Q3 2026.
